How much does shipping cost?Good news: Free shipping within Australia for orders over $99.00
How long does shipping take?We're pretty proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order here at Freezy Paws. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order within 2-4 business days. Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from four days after the time of dispatch.
Items sent by Australia Post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we manage deliveries and resolve issues.
Shipping Providers
We primarily use trusted postal and courier services such as Australia Post (AusPost) and other reputable carriers. All orders are shipped with tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery and Safe Drop
In most cases, our shipping partners may leave parcels in a “safe place” if no one is available to receive them. Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider the item as successfully delivered.
If you are concerned about the security of your delivery location, we strongly recommend the following:
• Select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours (e.g. work address).
• Use parcel lockers or PO boxes where available.
Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
1. Check around the premises – including mailboxes, porches, and with household members or neighbours.
2. Contact the carrier directly – they may have additional information about the delivery location.
3. Notify us – if your parcel is still not found after taking the above steps, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Please note: We are not liable for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including those left in a safe place. In such cases, any claims must be raised directly with the postal service.
Lost in Transit
If your parcel has not been delivered and tracking shows no update or delay beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed lost in transit.
